A.J. Ryan Realty was established in Dania Beach, Florida in 1924 by A.J.Ryan Sr. and Genevieve Ryan. A.J. Ryan Realty operates as the oldest real estate brokerage in Broward County. A.J. Ryan Sr. held numerous leadership positions including chairman of the Port Everglades in 1931, City Commissioner for 18 years, President of Board of Realtors and President of the National Institute of Farm Brokers.Genevieve Ryan was the National President of American Legion Auxiliary and in 1957 she was the first woman to be named realtor of the year in the state of Florida.They were truly South Florida real estate pioneers.
Their grandson John Ryan has been the broker of A.J. Ryan Realty for the past 31 years. John is a 1987 graduate of the University of Florida. He and his team of realtors are dedicated to the highest standards of professionalism in helping their clients with all aspects of real estate.
